40年来,开放已成为江苏发展的鲜明特色。当前,江苏经济转型升级步伐加快,产业发展将由中低端迈向中高端,人民对美好生活更加期待。对此,我们必须抢抓国家新一轮扩大开放的战略机遇,以更加解放的思想、更加开放的心态、更大的开放力度和更加创新的举措来打造江苏开放型经济新优势;应进一步明确江苏开放高质量发展走在前列的目标任务,学习借鉴上海、广东、海南等省市有关政策举措,研究制定推动江苏新一轮扩大开放的政策措施,促进江苏开放型经济高质量发展。

In the 40 years of reform of opening-up,opening-up has become a distinctive feature of Jiangsu’s development.At present,Jiangsu’s economic transformation and upgrading are accelerating,and its industrial development will move from the middle and low ends to the middle and high ends.People are looking forward to a better life.All of these depend on further opening up to force and push forward.We must seize the strategic opportunity of a new round of national opening-up and build Jiangsu’s open economy with more emancipated minds,more open-minded with more innovative measures.We should further clarify the goals and tasks of Jiangsu’s opening up and high-quality development,learn from relevant policies of Shanghai,Guangdong and Hainan,study and formulate policies and measures to promote the new round of comprehensive opening up in Jiangsu province,and promote the high-quality development of Jiangsu’s open economy.
