摘要
火电基建质量管理大数据系统根据全寿命周期质量管理的原理,对火电工程达标投产验收数据、施工质量评价数据从项目、专业、问题属性、检验项、责任方、标准等视角进行分析,解决了质量工艺数据、质量问题分类分级统计的难点。准确、便捷提供不同建设阶段的质量通病检索及问题导出,便于项目公司参考解决。实现了基建管理流程标准化,简化了达标投产业务工作量,提高了建设工程的服务质量,并有助于推动火电工程基建管理工作向科学化、标准化、信息化方向发展。
According to the principle of full service life,the big data system in thermal power infrastructure quality management analyzes the acceptance data of the thermal power project and the construction quality evaluation data from the perspectives of project,profession,problem attribute,inspection item,responsible party and standard.It solves the difficulty in classifying and grading the quality process data and quality problems.Accurate and convenient approaches are provided to retrieve and export common quality problems in different construction phrases,which provides references for project companies.The standardization of the infrastructure management process is realized.The workload putting into operation in compliance with standard is simplified.The service quality of the construction project is improved,and the infrastructure management of the thermal power project is promoted to a scientific,standardization and informatization way.
