摘要
河口村水库坝顶2 000 k N门式启闭机按顺水流方向单向运行,下游门库距平台边缘较近,按常规方案设计启闭机时需要扩大平台、增加土建工程量,若减小基距又会影响启闭机的防风抗滑稳定性。为解决这些难题,对起升机构布置进行了多方案比选和优化,提出在基距方向上采用吊点中心与门式启闭机中心偏心布置方案,顺利解决了上述难题,节省了工程投资。设计了新型的景观机房,既满足了设备防护要求,又满足了用户景观要求,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
The 2000 kN gantry hoist at the top of Hekou Village reservoir runs in one direction which is same as the direction of flow.The downstream gate chamber is close to the edge of the platform.As designing the hoist according to the conventional scheme,it is necessary to expand the platform and increase the workload of civil construction.Decreasing the base distance will affect the safety against wind and stability of the hoist.In order to solve these problems,comparison and optimization of the hoisting mechanism layout are carried out.It proposes the eccentric arrangement scheme of lifting point center and gantry hoist center in the direction of the base distance,which successfully solves the above problems and saves the engineering investment.The new landscape machine room not only meets the equipment protection requirements,but also meets the landscape requirements,which can be used for similar projects.
