摘要
随着国内进口工程机械以及国内起重机械大型化的发展,高强度、高破断、高耐磨、抗旋转多层压实股钢丝绳需求增加,常规股模拉法生产压实股,因成股过程中钢丝塑性变形大,无论成材率、生产效率都很低,难以批量供货。介绍面接触钢丝绳生产方式:捻股模拉+合绳锻打组合双压实生产方案,通过合理试验优化压缩率分配,提高钢丝绳密度系数,解决股模拉生产因压缩率高,导致成材率、生产效率低的难题,满足市场高强度、高破断、高耐磨、抗旋转产品要求。生产后钢丝绳直径为35. 68~36. 18 mm,破断拉力1 150 k N。
With the development of domestic imported construction machinery and domestic lifting machinery large-scale,the demand for high-strength,high-breaking,high-wear-resistant,anti-rotating multi-layer compacted steel wire rope has increased,compacted strand was produced by adopting die drawing with conventional strand,the steel wire plastic deformation is large during process of strand formation.the rate of material production,production efficiency is very low,it is difficult to supply in batchs.Facial contacted wire rope production method is introduced,the combination of stranding die drawing and rope forging and double compaction production plan,optimizing the distribution of compression ratio through reasonable tests to increase wire rope density coefficient,solving the problem of high compression ratio causing low product rate and production efficiency in strand die drawing process.the requirements of high strength,high breakage,high wear resistance and anti-rotation products is satisfied.The wire rope diameter range is 35.68~36.18 mm,broken force is 1 150 kN after production.
