摘要
随着高速电梯市场不断扩大,对高速电梯用钢丝绳质量要求也不断提高,尤其针对高速电梯的抖动、舒适感和高速电梯用钢丝绳疲劳寿命要求。高速电梯用钢丝绳直径均匀性及其与曳引轮轮槽的匹配是影响电梯抖动、舒适感和钢丝绳疲劳寿命的关键因素。从绳芯纱条制作、配纱、过程控制三方面着手,对改进绳芯直径、钢丝绳工装夹具设计和过程控制方面进行阐述,进一步提高高速电梯用钢丝绳直径均匀性、过程能力指数和疲劳寿命,达到可预期的效果。
With continuously expanding of high speed elevator market,the quality requirements of steel wire rope for high speed elevator also continue to improve,especially for the jitter,comfort of high-speed elevator and fatigue life requirements of wire rope.The diameter uniformity of wire rope for high speed elevator and their matching with traction sheave grooves are the key factors that affect elevator jitter,comfort and fatigue life of wire rope.The diameter of rope core is improved from three aspects:the manufacture of the rope core yarn,yarn matching and process control,the design of the steel wire rope fixture and process control are elaborated to further improve the diameter uniformity,process capability index and fatigue life of the wire rope for high speed elevator,to achieve the expected result.
