锌镀层和锌铝合金镀层钢丝主缆抗滑移性能研究

Study on anti-slip performance of main cable of zinc coating and Zn-Al alloy coating steel wire

针对锌镀层和锌铝合金镀层钢丝主缆索夹抗滑移性能进行试验研究,通过锌镀层钢丝与锌铝合金镀层钢丝主缆索夹的抗滑移力对比试验,测试2种镀层钢丝主缆在相同试验条件下的抗滑移性能,试验结果表明:锌铝合金镀层钢丝与锌镀层钢丝主缆抗滑移力比值为0. 88～0. 90,锌铝合金镀层比锌镀层钢丝主缆抗滑移力低10%～12%。

Experimental study on the anti-slip performance of the main cable clamp of zinc coating and Zn-Al alloy coating steel wire.Through the comparative test of anti-slip force between zinc coating steel wire and Zn-Al alloy coating steel wire main cable clamp,the anti-slip performance of two kinds of coated steel wire main cable under the same test conditions was tested.The results show that the ratio of anti-slip force between Zn-Al alloy coating steel wire and zinc coating steel wire is 0.88~0.90,and the anti-slip force of Zn-Al alloy coating steel wire is 10%~12%lower than that of zinc coating steel wire.
