摘要 YB/T 5359—2010定义压实股压实前后组股钢丝横截面积不变,该规定既难实现,又难验证;依据组绳股数和股外层钢丝数目对钢丝绳分类在内容上不完整; 6×K29F钢丝绳无法在钢丝绳结构类别表中归类; 15×K7类与15×K6类钢丝绳应同归23×K7类,均为2层股抗旋转钢丝绳;限定平行捻钢丝绳2层股组绳不符合GB/T 8706—2006/ISO17893:2004组绳股组最少2层规定;左交互捻、右交互捻、左同向捻、右同向捻不能并称圆截面钢丝绳捻法;多层股钢丝绳中心结构与外层绳股不同时应在结构式中单独标记;钢丝绳直接测量不应存在争议,"可在不超过钢丝绳最小破断拉力5%的负荷下进行"规定存在诸多不妥;低值钢丝不是规范术语应该修改;钢丝镀层试验不应由需方提出。 YB/T 539-2010 defines that the cross-section area of the strand wire before and after compaction of compacted strands remains unchanged,the provision is difficult to achieve and difficult to verify.According to number of rope strands and number of outer layer wires,the classification of wire rope is incomplete in content.6×K29F wire rope cannot be clas-sified in the wire rope structure categor table.15×K7 and 15×K6 wire ropes should be classified into 23×K7 categories,all of which are two layer anti-rotating wire ropes.Restricted parallel lay wire rope two layer strand rope does not meet GB/T 8706-2006/IS017893:2004 set rope strand group at least two layers.Left interaction,right interaction,left direction,right direction cannot be called circular section steel wire rope lay method.When the center structure of multi-layer wire rope is different from that of outer wire rope,it should be separately marked in the structure.Direct measurement of wire ropesshouldnotbe controversial.There are many inappropriate in the provision that“can be carried out under load that does not exceed 5%of the minimum breaking force of wire rope”.Low strength steel wire is not a standard term should be modified.Steel wire coating test should not be proposed by the demand side.
