摘要
采用外循环UASB反应器,研究了硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)处理模拟含砷酸性废水的性能与影响因素;分别利用扫描电镜(SEM)、荧光原位杂交(FISH)等手段,对反应器内颗粒污泥形貌和菌群结构进行分析。结果表明,外循环UASB反应器的处理效果受循环比(R)和碳硫比(ρ(COD)/ρ(SO_4^(2-)))影响显著,在R和(ρ(COD)/ρ(SO_4^(2-)))分别为5~8和2的条件下,反应器处理模拟含砷酸性废水效果良好,SO_4^(2-)和As^(3+)的去除率分别达到88%和60%。反应器稳定运行期间,SRB为混合菌的优势细菌,古细菌的丰度较低,且主要分布于颗粒污泥或菌胶团内部。
The performance and influencing factors of sulfate reducing bacteria(SRB) disposal of simulated acid wastewater containing arsenic in external circulation UASB were studied in this ticle. The appearance and microbial community of sludge in the reactor were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH). The results show that the effect of external circulation UASB was affected by circulation ratio and COD/SO42-of simulated acid wastewater. The removal ratio of SO42-and As3+reached 89% and 60% when the circulation ratio and COD/SO42-were 5 ~8 and 2 respectively. After stable operation of the reactor, SRB were dominant population and abundance of Archaebacteria which was mainly distributed in the interior of granular sludge or zoogloea was lower in anaerobic sludge.
