电路板标识喷印工艺技术研究

Study on Jet Printing Technology of Printed Circuit Board Identity

航天电子产品中,传统的电路板板号标识是采用贴标签或激光刻字的方式。为了避免传统方式对电路板可靠性所造成的不利影响,研究出一种新型的电路板板号喷印技术。分析了喷印油墨的固化过程,通过实验的方式不断优化并验证了油墨固化过程的参数,设计工装固定板号喷印位置,最终实现板号能以一个固定统一的位置牢固地印刷在电路板上,降低了板号标识对电路板的不利影响,提高了产品质量和可靠性。

The traditional circuit board mark is tagged manually or marked by laser in aerospace electronic products. A new type of jet printing technology on circuit board is developed in order to avoid the adverse effects of traditional methods on the reliability of circuit boards. Analyze the cure process of jet printing ink, constantly optimize and validate the parameters of the cure process of printing ink through experiments, design the tooling to locate the printing position, and finally realize that the circuit board mark is firmly printed on the circuit board at a specific position. The jet printing technology reduces the impact of marking circuit board on the board, improves the product quality and reliability.
