农业科研事业单位资产是其开展科学研究、项目研发、成果转化等工作的重要物质基础,是解决重大科技问题的物质保障。因此加强农业科研事业单位资产管理,最大限度地发挥资产的使用效益,已成为科研事业单位资产管理的重要内容。笔者通过对某农业科研事业单位资产管理状况的调研,了解其资产管理的现状和出现的问题,深入分析产生问题的原因,有针对性地提出相应对策,对于提高科研事业单位资产管理水平具有重要的意义。

The assets in scientific research institutions are important material basis for their implementation of scientific researches, project research and development, achievement transformation and etc.. They are also vital material security to solve significant problems in science and technology. Therefore, it is important for scientific research institutions to strengthen asset management and maximize the efficiency of the use of assets. The asset management status and existing problems of a scientific research institution were investigated and analyzed in this paper. The corresponding countermeasures were also put forward, which could help to improve the asset management level of scientific research institutions.
