摘要
本文利用气象监测数据对2007年7月29日发生在河南省卢氏县的特大山洪泥石流灾害的气象成因进行了分析。结果表明,造成这次特大山洪泥石流的主要气象因素是一场局地性强、时间短强度大、突发性强的强降雨型的强对流天气过程;经过雷达资料分析,影响系统具有明显的中尺度β天气系统特征;这种中尺度天气系统的发生、发展是在地面有冷空气不断扩散南下的大尺度背景下,由低空西南急流、低层切变线等天气系统以及地形的抬升和阻滞作用触发造成的。
In this paper, meteorological monitoring data were used to analyze the meteorological causes of the massive mountain flood and debris flow disaster in Lushi County in Henan province on July 29, 2007. The results showed that this massive mountain flood and debris flow was mainly caused by a suddenly strong local convection rainfall weather process with high intensity during short period. The radar data analysis indicated that the influencing system had obvious meso-β meteorological model. The occurrence and development of such mesoscale weather system was in the context of cold air on the ground spreading southward from the low altitude southwest jet stream, which was triggered by uplift and blocking of low-rise shear lines and topography.
