摘要
采用色/质联用技术定性分析了4种非金属材料高温下的释放气体种类。利用高温试验舱模拟加热环境,采用傅里叶红外和电化学传感器相结合的技术,定量分析了4种非金属材料加热释放CO和CO_2气体,发现了气体浓度随温度上升而升高并出现明显拐点。特征气体浓度与火灾阶段存在重要联系,通过实验掌握特征气体浓度与火灾阶段的关系,可为封闭空间火灾预测提供新的手段。
The high temperature gases released from 4 kinds of nonmetal materials were analyzed qualitatively by the technology of GC/MS.The release characteristics of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide were analyzed quantitatively by simulating heating environment with high temperature experimental facility,and by the Fourier infrared and electrochemical sensor combined technology.The results showed that the concentration of two gases increased as the heating temperature rising and there was a distinct inflection temperature.There is an important relationship between characteristic gas concentration and fire stage.By mastering the relationship between the characteristic gas concentration and fire stage,the research offered new path to predict fire.
