广东省东江流域水资源开发利用现状分析

Analysis on Current Situation of Water Resources Exploitation and Utilization in Dongjiang River Basin of Guangdong Province

东江是广州、深圳、河源、惠州、东莞等地的主要供水水源,同时担负着向香港供水的重要任务,摸清东江流域水资源开发利用现状是十分必要的。在收集相关资料的基础上,总结分析了东江流域以及流域内各行政区水资源开发利用现状。东江流域水资源开发利用率相对较高,流域内的用水效率较高,水功能区水质达标率不高但逐渐好转。流域内各主要行政区上游人均水资源量和人均综合用水量远远高于下游,经济发达的珠江三角洲地区万元工业增加值用水量(不含火电)远远低于上中游地区,城镇居民生活人均用水量稳中有降。

Dongjiang River is the main water supply source for Heyuan,Huizhou,Dongguan,Shenzhen and Guangzhou,and it is also responsible for the important task of supplying water to Hong Kong. It is very necessary to find out the current situation of water resources exploitation and utilization in Dongjiang River Basin. On the basis of collecting relevant data,the present situation of water resources exploitation and utilization in Dongjiang River basin and its administrative districts is summarized and analyzed. In Dongjiang River basin,the utilization ratio and the water efficiency of water resources are relatively high. The water quality of water function area is not high,but it is getting better. The per capita water resources and the per capita comprehensive water consumption of cities upstream are much higher than those cities downstream. The industrial value added water consumption (excluding thermal power) in the economically developed Pearl River Delta region is much lower than that in the upper and the middle reaches. The per capta water consumption of urban resident is steadily decreasing.
