Practice and Experience on the Construction of Water Ecological Civilization City Construction in Huizhou City

2014年惠州市被确定为全国第二批水生态文明城市建设试点之一,2018年8月顺利通过了水利部组织的试点验收技术评估并获得优秀成绩。该文在回顾惠州市水生态文明建设背景、剖析存在主要问题、阐述试点建设取得的主要成效的基础上,重点总结提炼了惠州市在试点建设中的主要特色和经验做法,为全国水生态文明城市建设提供经验借鉴。

Huizhou City in 2014 was identified as one of the country's second batch of water city of ecological civilization construction of the pilot,in August 2018 passed the technical evaluation of pilot acceptance Ministry of Water Resources organized and get excellent results.
