Research on the Comprehensive Evaluation Method of Aqueduct Safety

渡槽安全评价是水利工程安全评价的重要内容之一,针对目前水利行业缺乏渡槽安全评价技术标准的现状,为了提高渡槽安全评价工作的可操作性,对渡槽安全评价的评价原则、评价内容、评价方法和评价结论等问题进行了探讨,提出了基于现状分析与管理评价、工程质量评价及工程安全复核评价基础上的渡槽安全综合评价方法,并给出了相应的综合评价分类原则,可供渡槽安全鉴定工作参考。

Aqueduct safety evaluation is one of the important content of safety evaluation of water conservancy projects. However,no relevant technical standards could be used for safety evaluation of aqueduct. In order to improve the operability of aqueduct safety evaluation work,the evaluation principles,contents,methods and conclusions of aqueduct safety evaluation were explored. Then,the comprehensive evaluation method of safety of aqueduct safety was proposed based on situation analysis,management assessment,engineering quality evaluation and security re-check. In addition,the corresponding classification principle of comprehensive evaluation was summarized,which could be used as reference for the safety evaluation of aqueduct safety.
