福建省风景名胜区体系规划发展战略构建研究

Research on the Development Strategy of Scenic Area System Planning of Fujian Province

快速城市化进程和社会经济大发展的大背景下,福建省风景名胜区体系面临着日益严峻的挑战和压力。风景名胜区体系规划发展战略的构建,是风景名胜区体系规划的核心。研究构建了一套完整的风景名胜区体系发展战略构架,主要包含3个方面内容:(1)发展战略基础:省域层面风景资源特征分析及价值评价;(2)发展战略目标:明确风景名胜区体系的主要功能和定位;(3)发展战略核心内容:明确设立与升级战略、全面保护战略、特色提取战略、协调发展战略和技术支撑战略五大核心内容。

Under the background of rapid urbanization and social and economic development, Fujian scenic area system is also facing increasingly serious challenges and pressure.The development strategy of the system planning of scenic area is the core of the system planning of scenic area.the purpose of this paper is to construct a complete framework for the development strategy of the scenic area system, mainly includes the following 3 aspects:①The basis of the development strategy: the analysis on landscape resource features and value evaluation in provincial level;②Development strategic objectives: defining the main functions and positioning of the scenic area system;③The core contents of development strategy: establishing and upgrading, comprehensive protecting, feature extracting, coordinated developing and technical supporting.
