摘要
温度应力一直是困扰露天超长混凝土结构开裂的问题。为无粘结预应力技术在超长曲线型混凝土结构中的应用提供参考。文章以福建大学生体育馆为例,针对无粘结预应力技术在改善超长曲线混凝土结构温度应力中的应用设计进行研究,提出采用分段布筋分段张拉的原则进行布筋和张拉,并分析无粘结预应力筋的布置、混凝土浇筑、无粘结预应力筋的张拉及张拉端封堵等施工关键技术。
Temperature stress has always been a problem that has plagued the cracking of open-air super-long concrete structures. Which provides reference for the application of unbonded prestressed technology in the super-long curved concrete structure. This paper takes the Fujian University Gymnasium as an example to study the application design of unbonded prestressed technology in improving the thermal stress of super-long curved,and puts forward the principle of sectional tensioning of sectional fabric reinforcement and tension,and the arrangement of unbonded prestressed tendons,concrete pouring,The tension of unbonded prestressed tendons and the key construction techniques of tension end plugging are analyzed.
