摘要
以泉州市公共文化中心项目为工程实例,详细介绍了沿海地区复杂地质环境(高地下水位、厚软土层、多孤石)下大型深基坑工程的支护结构设计及施工技术要点。该工程经验表明:基坑侧壁安全稳定,支护结构变形小,对周边建筑物、道路、管线影响小。在高地下水位及厚软土层区,采用扩孔锚索代替普通预应力锚素,锚固效果好,可确保施工质量;遇到孤石时,采用金刚钻头和扩孔钻头结合施工,可确保扩孔效率及质量。
The article takes the Quanzhou Public Cultural Center as an engineering example,detailed introduces the design of supporting structure,the key construction technology of large deep foundation pit under complex Geological environment( such as high groundwater level,thick soft soil layer,solitary stone) in coastal area. The engineering experience shows that the side wall of the foundation pit is safe and stable,the deformation of the supporting structure is small,and the influence on surrounding buildings,roads and pipelines is small. In the high groundwater level and thick soft soil area,the reaming anchor cable is used instead of the ordinary prestressed anchor. It has good anchoring effect and can ensure the construction quality. When encountering a lone stone,it is combined with a diamond drill and a reaming drill,it can ensure the efficiency and quality of reaming.
