泉州湾跨海大桥维养管理系统创新性设计探析

摘要 泉州湾跨海大桥结构健康监测系统针对大桥防撞设施,首次设计实施了基于MEMS和WSNS技术的船撞监测系统;针对自动化监测数据量大、实时性要求高难题,创新设计了基于SAN存储区域网络技术和多重冗余备份技术,实现了数据存储速度快,可靠性高和预警响应实时的目标;运用计算机视觉和桥梁构件分解技术,采用立体化、构件化技术,搭建了集定期巡检、运营管理、监测整合为一体的三维可视化管理平台。系统平台的建立,实现了泉州湾跨海大桥的数字化、信息化和档案化管理,辅助大桥管养者制定预防性、高效、经济、合理的养护措施,达到了桥梁结构的设计基准寿命。 The structural health monitoring system of the Quanzhou Bay Bridge was designed and implemented for the first time based on MEMS and WSNS technology. Aiming at the problem of large amount of data and high real-time requirement of automatic monitoring,this paper innovated and designed SAN storage area network technology and multiple redundant backup technology to achieve the goal of fast data storage speed and real-time reliability of Gaohe’s early warning response. Using computer vision and bridge component decomposition technology,a three-dimensional visual management platform integrating regular inspection,operation management and monitoring is built by using three-dimensional and component technology. The establishment of the system platform has realized the digitization,informatization and archival management of the Quanzhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge,assisted the bridge managers to formulate preventive,efficient,economical and reasonable maintenance measures,and strived to achieve the design life of the bridge structure.
