摘要 随着电气化铁路的快速发展,弓网关系受到越来越多的关注。碳滑板是机车的主要受流部件,它从接触网上集取25kV高压电,然后通过车顶母线传到机车内部变压器,为机车各个部件提供电能。在机车运用过程中,碳滑板同接触网始终是高速动态柔性接触,探究现场环境下碳滑板的磨耗规律,掌握其磨耗特性,可为碳滑板检修工艺和技术文件的制定提供理论支持。 With the rapid development of electrified railway,the relationship of the pantograph-catenary has attracted more and more attention.The carbon strip is the main part of the locomotive,which receiving current from catenary.The 25 kv high voltage electricity from the catenary passes the locomotive roof bus to the internal transformer to provide power for each part of the locomotive.In the process of locomotive operation,the carbon strip and catenary keeps high speed dynamic flexible contact.Knowing the carbon strip abrasion rule in real application environment can provide theoretical support for repairing and technical documents-making.
