摘要 电压调整器为内燃机车辅助发电机输出电压的调节设备,有效保障机车控制电压及蓄电池充电电压安全平稳运行。对现行电压调整器进行调研,发现均无蓄电池充电管理和温度补偿功能,降低了机车蓄电池的质量寿命。根据机车运用特性,研制了具有限流充电、快速充电和浮充电3种模式选择和温度补偿功能的新型电压调整器。新设备完全满足设计要求,在内燃机车上运用考核良好,解决了机车蓄电池惯性鼓胀及充电不良等问题,提升了蓄电池的质量可靠性,降低了检修成本。 The voltage regulator is an equipment to adjust output voltage for diesel locomotive’auxiliary generator.It maintains the voltage of the locomotive and its storage batteries in a proper range.The research on current voltage regulators shows that the functions for charge controlling and temperature compensation are lacked.It is a reason that the service life of storage battery is reduced.According to application characters of locomotives,a new kind of voltage regulator is produced,which contains three modes(limited charge,quick charge,floating charge)and the function for temperature compensation.The new regulator meets all the design requirements and gets agood test result.The issues such as frequently bulging and poor charge of storage battery are solved.The reliability of storage battery is improved and the maintenance cost is reduced.
