摘要 车轮失圆问题未有效遏制将导致踏面状态恶化、走行部异常振动、配件裂损和松脱,而造成该问题的原因复杂。通过对HX_D3C型机车走行部故障监测系统数据、轮径测量和行车异常信息反馈的综合分析,摸索出一些防控整修方法,可为提高轮对检修质量提供参考。 If the problem of wheelset out-of-roundness failed to control effectively,it will keep continuous deterioration such as abnormal vibration of running gear,parts crack and lose.However the rootcause of wheel out-of-roundness problems are complicated.Some prevention and controlled methods were found out through the comprehensive analysis to locomotive running parts failure monitoring system data,wheel diameter measurement and abnormal travelling information feedback in this paper.Meanwhile it also provides a reference for improving the maintenance quality of wheelset.
