大数据视角下的公共管理研究:回顾与展望

Public Management Research from the Perspective of Big Data:Review and Prospect

为了解大数据在公共管理中所发挥的作用,从而更好地抓住机会,化解公共危机,本文在对国内大数据视角下公共管理研究的相关文献进行回顾与梳理后,运用文献计量学的方法,从研究的时间序列、学科分布、研究机构及作者入手,对其进行分析。研究结果表明,国内对于大数据的研究虽起步较晚,但现已基本成型。大数据时代机遇和挑战并存,培养大数据思维也显得越发重要,本文基于中国的国情提出了相应的对策。

In order to understand the role of big data playing in the public management,seize the opportunity and solve the public crisis,after reviewing and sorting out the literature of public management from the perspective of big data in China,this paper uses the bibliometric method to analyze from the aspect of time series,discipline distribution,research institutions and authors of the study. The results show that although the research on big data started late in China,it has basically taken shape. In the era of big data,opportunities and challenges coexist,so it is more and more important to cultivate the thinking of big data. This paper tries to put forward relevant countermeasures based on China’s national conditions and development stages.
