摘要
合理地将独特结构的棉包CM800/氨纶双芯纱运用到织物中,充分发挥CM800、氨纶与外包纤维的特长,使用合适的纺纱、包芯、络纬、织造设备以及科学的工艺流程、工艺参数,正确选用印染助剂,采用比较温和、操控性强、成熟稳定的印染工艺,努力降低对CM800和氨纶的损伤,将棉包CM800/氨纶双芯纱织物的高弹力及高回复性发挥出来,充分赋予面料和成衣优越的弹力和弹力回复性,满足消费者穿着舒适、伸展自如、塑身美体、紧致有型、弹力持久的需求。
Reasonable application of special structure cotton wrapped CM800/spandex twin-core yarn to fabrics.Give full play to the advantages of CM800,spandex and outside fibers.Use appropriate spinning,core-wrapping,weft-winding,weaving equipment and scientific technological process and process parameters.Correct selection of auxiliaries for printing and dyeing.The printing and dyeing process and process conditions with mild,strong manipulation and mature stability are adopted.Efforts to reduce damage to CM800 and spandex.Give full play to the high elasticity and high recovery of cotton-packed CM800/spandex twin-core yarn fabric.Fully endow the fabric and garment with superior elasticity and resilience.To meet consumers’needs of comfortable clothing,free stretching,body-building,compact and durable elasticity.
