摘要
以高卷缩聚酯纤维为织物里层纱,以超细聚酯纤维为织物表层纱,搭配里层带有凹凸的点状结构的双层组织构造,开发了吸汗快干速爽网眼针织运动面料,里层低保水率低于10%,表里水分子扩散面积比大于6倍,25min以内残留水分在10%以下,40min以内残留水分为0,快干速度是纯棉品的2倍以上。当人体大量发汗时,面料的里层能将水分子全部转移到织物的表层,使得接触肌肤面始终保持干爽。
The high-revolution polyester fiber was used as the inner layer of the fabric,the ultra-fine polyester fiber was used as the surface layer yarn of the fabric,and the double-layered structure with the uneven layer structure of the inner layer was arranged,the sweat-absorbent,quick-drying mesh knit sports fabric was developed.The low water retention rate of the inner layer was less than 10%,the diffusion area ratio of water molecules in the surface was more than 6 times,the residual water content was less than 10%within 25 minutes,the residual moisture within 40 minutes was 0,and the fast drying speed was more than twice that of pure cotton products.When the body was sweating a lot,the inner layer of the fabric can transfer all the water molecules to the surface of the fabric,so that the contact with the skin surface was always dry.
