摘要
为了解我国猪乙型脑炎的免疫效果,采用间接酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA),对来自全国部分地区529家猪场的10 991份猪血清样品进行乙型脑炎血清抗体检测,并对检测结果进行时间、空间和群间分布分析。结果显示:2015—2017年乙型脑炎平均抗体阳性率分别为89.86%、83.79%和89.89%,总阳性率为88.39%;春季(3月—5月)抗体水平较低,平均阳性率为78.69%,冬季(12月—次年2月)抗体水平最高,平均阳性率为91.24%;西南地区抗体阳性率最低,为80.09%,华东地区最高,为93.57%;经产母猪和公猪抗体水平最高,阳性率分别为95.61%和92.11%,商品猪阳性率最低,为41.38%。结果表明,我国猪群乙型脑炎疫苗免疫水平整体情况较好,但春季、商品猪群以及部分猪场的抗体水平偏低,需要加强监测,及时进行疫苗免疫。
In order to recognize the immune effects of swine encephalitis vaccines in parts of China from 2015 to 2017,10 991 clinical samples from 529 pig farms were collected and used for antibody detection of swine encephalitis by ELISA,and the time,space and intergroup distribution situations were analyzed. The results showed that the average positive rates of antibodies from 2015 to 2017 were 89.86%,83.79% and 89.89%,respectively,and the overall positive rate was 88.39%. In spring(March to May),the antibody level was relatively low,and the average positive rate was 78.69%;in winter(December to February),the antibody level was the highest,and the average positive rate was 91.24%. The positive rate of antibody in Southwest China was the lowest(ratio of 80.09%),while it was the highest in East China(ration of 93.57%). Besides,the antibody positive rates in multiparous sows and boars were the highest,which were 95.61% and 92.11%,respectively,while in commercial pigs it was the lowest (ratio of 41.38%). As a result,the overall immune status of swine encephalitis vaccines was good,but the antibody levels in spring,commercial pigs and in some pig farms were relatively low. Therefore,antibody detection of swine encephalitis should be strengthened,and vaccine immunization should be timely implemented.
