摘要 为了解河南省病死猪常见病原分布规律,采用横断面研究方法,对2017年河南省病死猪常见病原分布情况进行调查。以病死猪聚集地——无害化处理厂为采样单元,按病死猪体重进行分层抽样,采集不同阶段病死猪的扁桃体、淋巴结、肺脏、肝脏、脾脏、肾脏等样品进行猪瘟病毒(CSFV)、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)、口蹄疫病毒(FMDV)、猪伪狂犬病毒(PRV)、猪细小病毒(PPV)、猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)、猪传染性胃肠炎病毒(TGEV)、猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)、副猪嗜血杆菌(HPS)和弓形虫(TP)的病原学检测,并对检测结果进行时间、空间和群间分布分析。结果显示:共检测样品526份,未检出FMDV、TGEV和PEDV,其他7种病原的检出率在0.76%~58.17%之间;春夏季节检出的病原种类较多,检出率也较高,秋冬季较少;不同区域病原种类分布情况差异较大,豫西检出病原种类最少,豫中检出病原种类最多,不同区域内各病原检出率差异较大;不同体重猪群的病原种类数量有差异,体重越小,检出病原种类越多。调查结果表明,河南省常见猪病病原复杂,不同区域、不同季节、不同生长阶段猪群的病原流行情况并不一致,需通过加强监测,制定相应的防控措施。 In order to recognize the distribution status of common pathogens in the pigs died of diseases in Henan Province in 2017,a cross-sectional study was carried out. Taking the bio-safety disposal plants as the sampling places and adopting the stratified sampling method,some tissue samples of tonsil,lymph node,lung,liver,spleen and kidney of the dead pigs at different stages were collected and used for pathogen detection of classical swine fever virus (CSFV),porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV),foot and mouth disease virus(FMDV), porcine pseudorabies virus(PRV),porcine parvovirus(PPV),porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2),porcine transmissible gastroenteritis virus(TGEV),porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV),Haemophilus parasuis (HPS)and Toxoplasma gondii(TP),then the distribution situations of time,space and intergroup were analyzed. The results showed that a total of 526 samples were conducted detection,and no FMDV,TGEV and PEDV were detected. The positive rates of the other seven pathogens ranged from 0.76% to 58.17%. The pathogens were more easily detected in spring and summer than autumn and winter,with a large quantity of pathogens and higher positive rates. The distribution of pathogens in different regions was extremely different,there were various pathogens in the middle of Henan than the west. The difference in detection rates of different pathogens in different regions was relatively obvious;there were differences in the types of pathogens isolated from pigs with different body weights:the less weight,the more pathogens. As a conclusion,the common swine pathogens were complex in Henan Province,and the prevalence situations of pathogens in different regions,seasons and different growth stages were not consistent. It was necessary to strengthen monitoring and formulate corresponding prevention and control measures.
