摘要
介绍了离心铸造铸铁轧辊铸件夹渣缺陷的类型及危害,从原材料、熔炼及浇注温度、球化处理工艺、孕育处理工艺、浇注系统设计等方面进行了原因分析,采取了以下改进措施:采用杂质较少的优质生铁,出铁温度在1 425~1 460℃,严格控制CE和浇注温度,综合使用Si-Zr孕育剂、Ni-Mg及REMg球化剂,球化剂加入量为1.5%~1.6%,孕育剂加入量为0.8%~1.0%,并加强过程控制。生产结果显示:轧辊各类夹渣废品率大幅降低,废品量减少63.33 t,经济损失减少52.07万元。
The types and hazards of slag inclusion defects in centrifugal casting cast iron roll castings were introduced. The reasons were analyzed from raw materials,smelting and pouring temperature,spheroidizing treatment process,inoculation treatment process and gating system design. The following improvement measures were taken:using high quality pig iron with less impurities,the tapping temperature was between 1 425 and 1 460 ℃. The CE and pouring temperature were strictly controlled. The Si-Zr inoculant,Ni-Mg and REMg spheroidizing agent were used together. The spheroidizing agent was added by 1.5% ~1.6%,the inoculant dosage was added by 0.8% ~1.0%,and the process control was strengthened. The production results showed that the scrap rate of various types of slag was greatly reduced,the scrap volume was reduced by 63.33 t,and the economic loss was reduced by 520 700 yuan.
