摘要
介绍了生产1.5T GDI汽油机缸体的生产工艺及设备,针对汽油机缸体油道内腔粘砂问题进行了原因分析,采取了以下措施:(1)油道芯制芯加入宝珠砂,配比为80%宝珠砂+20%原砂;(2)油道芯结构局部优化,将局部粘砂的尖角位置改为圆弧状,同时增大油道芯局部圆角;(3)对油道芯进行局部预处理,在易粘砂位置预刷涂锆英粉涂料;(4)使用手持喷丸,清理缸体油道内腔铸砂。生产结果显示:1.5T GDI汽油机缸体油道内腔粘砂比例从80%降低到5%,同时工人劳动强度降低,且清理效率明显提升,提高了油道内腔质量。
The production process and equipment for the production of 1.5T GDI gasoline engine block were introduced. The reasons for the problem of burnt on sand in the oil passage of the gasoline engine block were analyzed. The following measures were taken:(1)The ceramic foundry sand was added to oil core. The ratio was 80% ceramic foundry sand+20% original sand.(2)The oil core structure was optimized,the sharp corner position of the burnt-on sand area was changed to an arc shape,and the local fillet of the oil passage core was increased.(3)The oil passage core was local pretreatment processed,pre-brushed the zircon powder coating at the easy-to burnt-on position.(4)Hand-held shot peening was used to clean the inner cavity of the cylinder oil passage. The production results showed that the proportion of sand in the internal cavity burnt-on sand on the 1.5T GDI gasoline engine cylinder was reduced from 80% to 5%,and the labor intensity of the workers was reduced,and the cleaning efficiency was obviously improved,which improved the quality of the oil passage cavity.
