目的比较生物陶瓷材料iRoot BP Plus和MTA用于根尖手术的临床疗效。方法选取2015年9月至2016年12月郑州大学第一附属医院门诊口腔科收治的58例根尖周炎患者(64颗患牙),按随机数表法分为iRoot BP Plus组和MTA组。iRoot BP Plus组29例(35颗患牙),MTA组29例(29颗患牙)。对所有患牙进行根尖手术治疗,比较两组患者根管下1/3的充填操作时间,并通过临床检查及X线比较两组患者术后1 a的临床疗效。结果 iRoot BP Plus组和MTA组根管下段的操作时间分别为(10. 1±1. 6)、(19. 2±1. 5) min,iRoot BP Plus组根管下段的操作时间短于MTA组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。术后1 a患者均成功回访,iRoot BP Plus组和MTA组治疗成功率分别为94. 29%(33/35)和93. 10%(27/29),两组治疗成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论生物陶瓷材料iRoot BP Plus用于根尖手术,临床效果与MTA相似,根管下段充填操作时间短于MTA用于根尖手术时,更便于临床使用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of bio-ceramic materials iRoot BP Plus and MTA in apex surgery. Methods A total of 58 patients (64 diseased teeth) who had periapical periodontitis were selected from the Department of Stomatology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from September of 2015 to December of 2016. They were divided into two groups according to random number table, named iRoot BP Plus group and MTA group. There were 29 cases (35 diseased teeth) in iRoot BP Plus group and 29 cases (29 diseased teeth) in MTA group. All teeth were treated with apex surgery. The filling operation time used for the apical 1/3 of the root canal were compared in the two groups and the clinical effect was compared by clinical examination and X-ray examinaton after 1 year follow-up. Results The filling operation time in iRoot BP Plus group and MTA group were (10.1±1.6) min and (19.2±1.5) min respectively, and the filling operation time in iRoot BP Plus group was lower than that in MTA group, while the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05 ). All the patients were successfully acheived follow-up after 1 year. The success rate in iRoot BP Plus group and MTA group were 94.29% and 93.10%. The success rate in iRoot BP Plus group was compared with that in MTA group, which had no statistically significantant difference (P >0.05 ). Conclusion The clinical effect of iRoot BP Plus in apex surgery is similar to MTA .But its filling operation time is significantly shorter than MTA. So it is a promising material which is more convenient and suitable for clinical application.
