混合励磁双定子磁悬浮开关磁阻电机电磁特性分析 被引量:4

摘要 针对传统电励磁双定子磁悬浮开关磁阻电机受内定子尺寸限制,不能产生较大悬浮力的问题,提出一种新型混合励磁双定子磁悬浮开关磁阻电机,将电励磁与高性能稀土永磁材料相结合,提高径向承载能力。在分析该电机结构与工作原理的基础上,构建等效磁路并进行分析计算,获得悬浮力计算模型;利用有限元方法仿真分析电机的静态电磁特性,如悬浮力特性、电感特性、转矩特性、偏心特性、永磁体对电磁性能的影响,并与传统电励磁双定子磁悬浮开关磁阻电机的悬浮力特性进行比较,仿真结果验证了所提出电机在结构上能够实现悬浮力与转矩的解耦,同时具有较大的径向承载能力。 Aiming at the limitation of the stator size and the insufficient suspension force of the traditional electric-excitation double-stator bearingless switched reluctance motor( DSBSRM),this paper presented a novel hybrid excitation DSBSRM,which combined DSBSRM and high performance rare-earth permanent magnet material to improve the radial bearing capacity. The basic structure and principle of the proposed motor was analyzed. The equivalent magnetic circuit was built and calculated to obtain the suspension force model.The static electromagnetic performance was obtained by the finite element simulation,including suspension characteristics,inductance characteristics,torque characteristics,eccentricity characteristics and the effect of permanent magnet on electromagnetic performance. The suspension characteristics of the proposed motor was compared with the electric-excitation DSBSRM. The simulation results show that the proposed motor has a large radial bearing capacity and can realize the decoupling of suspension force and torque.
