摘要
运用场分析和磁路相结合的场路结合法,设计了一款运用于盾构机刀盘驱动系统的直驱永磁同步电动机。该永磁电机采用了多极内置式永磁转子结构,定子采用分数槽绕组的结构设计。采用有限元分析软件Ansys Maxwell和电机热分析软件Motor-CAD对永磁电机进行磁性能仿真分析和热分析,通过与仿真数值的对比分析,试验结果验证了永磁电机设计方案的正确性。
A Direct-drive Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor( PMSM) which applied on the cutter head drive system of shield tunneling machine has been designed,using the method of the field analysis combined with magnetic analysis. This motor has multi-polar interior permanent rotor and fractional slot winding stator.With the software of Ansys Maxwell and Motor-CAD,the simulation of magnetic performance and the thermal analysis of motor have been done. Comparing the simulation analysis with the test results,the correctness of the design scheme was proved.
