研究依托Phoenix 800G磨齿机,介绍螺旋锥齿轮磨齿设备、磨齿方法以及所用砂轮,研究了砂轮修整技术、影响磨齿质量的磨齿工艺参数、砂轮磨损补偿、齿面磨削烧伤与裂纹产生的机理及防治方法、接触区修正技术等内容,为螺旋锥齿轮磨齿工艺的应用提供可靠依据。

This paper is based on the phoenix 800 G CNC hypoid grinder,introduces bevel and hypoid gears grinder,grinding method and grinding wheel,studies grinding wheel dressing technology,grinding process parameters affecting grinding quality,grinding wheel wear compensation,mechanism and prevention method of grinding burn and crack on tooth surface,contact area correction technology and so on,it provides a reliable basis for the application of bevel and hypoid gears grinding technology.
