高铁列车制动缸安装座数控加工工艺设计 被引量:3

摘要 以高铁列车制动缸底座为例,从工件的结构、材料和精度要求3个方面进行工件的加工工艺分析。根据工件形状结构特点进行夹具设计,主要有平口钳装夹和工装板装夹两种方式。根据工件待加工面特征划分加工工序依次为加工外侧面、加工上部成型面、加工内侧面、加工底部成型面和加工R61 mm圆弧面及4个小竖直平面,利用UG NX的CAM模块进行刀具路径设计,在刀具路径设计完成后进行实体切削仿真,查看切削效果。利用UG NX的后处理模块自动生成数控加工程序。该设计方案经过一年多来3 000多个工件的实际生产检验证明,不仅能够保证工件的质量要求,而且生产效率高。 Taking the base of the brake cylinder of a high speed train as an example,the processing technology of the work pieces is analyzed from three aspects including work piece’s structure,material and precision requirements. Design the fixture according to the features of the shape and structure of the work pieces;mainly include gad tongs and tooling board. According to the characteristics of the work pieces to be processed,the processing procedure accordingly include outer side of processing,upper forming surface of processing,inner side of processing,bottom forming surface processing,and R61 mm circular arc surface and four small vertical plane of processing in turn. The CAM module of UG NX is used to design the tool path,and after the tool path design is completed,the simulation of solid cutting is carried out and the cutting effect is examined. The NC machining program is automatically generated by the post processing module of UG NX. Through the actual production test of more than 3 000 work pieces for over a year,this design not only ensures the quality of the work pieces,but also creates high production efficiency.
