摘要
机轮传感器作为飞机防滑刹车系统的核心元件直接关系防滑刹车系统的性能。为对机轮传感器进行功能及性能参数测试,设计了通用型飞机机轮传感器智能检测系统。以计算机控制为核心,开发了基于转速和负角加速度前馈的数字PID伺服控制系统,实现了飞机着陆时机轮传感器转速和负角加速度的真实模拟。应用结果表明,该检测系统可以对多种机轮传感器进行检测与试验,并且运行稳定可靠,智能化程度高,检测效率和检测精度均达到预期效果。
As the core component of aircraft anti-skid brake system, the wheel sensor is directly related to the property of the anti-skid brake system. In order to test the function and performance parameters of the wheel sensors, a general intelligent measuring system for the aircraft wheel sensor is designed. The measuring system is based on computer control, a digital PID servo control system based on speed and negative angular acceleration feed forward is developed. The realistic simulation of the speed and negative angular acceleration of the aircraft wheel sensor is realized. The results show that this system can test a variety of wheel sensors, and runs stably, reliably and intelligently. The detection efficiency and detection precision are up to the desired results.
