摘要
针对WINCC软件不能直接与FANUC数控系统网络通讯的问题,设计了一个OPC客户端软件。利用OPC技术,通过C#为编程语言,调用FANUC的FOCAS 1/2函数库采集数控系统的报警信息,读写数控系统的宏变量区,编写OPC客户端软件,实现对WINCC软件中OPC服务器的自动连接与变量更新,实现WINCC软件与FANUC数控系统的网络通讯。
OPC client software is designed for the problem that WINCC software can not directly communicate with FANUC CNC system through network. Use the OPC technology, through C# for programming language, call FANUC's FOCAS 1/2 function library to read the alarm information of NC system, read and write the macro variable area of NC system, write OPC client software, realize automatic network connection and variable update of OPC server in WINCC software, realize the network communication between WINCC software and FANUC CNC system.
