摘要 针对Windows系统下不同的硬件设备存在软件版权许可、不兼容或地址冲突等导致在工业领域的深入应用受到限制的问题,研究了在RTX实时环境下多PCI设备底层驱动程序的开发方法、开发流程,给出了具体的应用方法。通过在开放式数控系统实验运动平台上对Windows系统环境下与RTX环境下的板卡驱动程序的实时性能进行比较实验分析,测试了RTX环境下PCI硬件设备驱动程序的性能。RTX下驱动程序开发不仅实现了硬件设备的功能,还减少了由于驱动问题带来的选型限制,使得在RTX实时系统中采用不同型号功能的PCI设备有了更多的选择,提高了开放式数控系统实时性,可靠性。 For the different hardware devices under Windows system,there are problems such as software copyright permission,incompatibility,or address conflicts that result in the limited application in the industrial field. This paper has studied the development method and development of the underlying driver program for multiple PCI devices in the RTX real-time environment. Process,and gives a specific application method. Through the comparative experiment analysis of the real-time performance of the board driver under the Windows system environment and the RTX environment on the open NC system experiment movement platform,the performance of the PCI hardware device driver under the RTX environment is tested. RTX driver development not only realizes the functions of hardware devices,but also reduces the selection restrictions due to driving problems. As a result,the use of different types of PCI devices in RTX real-time systems has more options to improve the open CNC system’s Real-time,reliability.
