摘要
某种大型球铁气缸盖在生产过程中发现油池内渣气孔、喷油器孔以及斜油孔等多部位缩松、打磅漏水等缺陷,废品率很高。分析了铸造缺陷产生的原因,并利用MAGMA软件对工艺进行模拟,提出合理改进措施。经生产验证,气缸盖缺陷改善效果显著,铸件成品率大幅提高。
Defects have been found in the production of a certain heavy ductile cast iron cylinder head,such as slag porosity within the oil pool,multi-position shrinkage including injector hole and oblique hole as well as leakage in hydrostatic test,finally all the defects resulted in many failure products.Casting defects cause has been analyzed and the casting process has been simulated by MAGMA software to bring up reasonable modification measures,furthermore it was proved by practical production that defects of cylinder head have been improved efficiently and finished product rate of castings has been increased evidently.
