摘要 研究了不同固溶温度对双相不锈钢CD3MN材质性能的影响。该材质在1120℃固溶处理后,可得到比例接近的奥氏体+铁素体组织及良好的耐点腐蚀性能;通过高温力学性能试验,确定了材质的高温性能及显微组织特点。在大型泵体铸件上进行了生产应用,达到了产品性能要求。 Effects of different solution temperatures on properties of CD3MN duplex stainless steel have been researched,then it concluded that after 1120℃solution treatment,approximate microstructures of austenite and ferrite and good pitting corrosion resistance could be accomplished.By high-temperature mechanical property testing,high temperature properties and microstructure characteristics of the material have been determined,furthermore by production and application on large pump castings,property requirements of the products have been realized.
