摘要
利用低倍、高倍、扫描电镜及能谱等手段,对42CrMoA曲轴锻件进行解剖分析,结果表明,氧化铝类夹杂物富集是造成锻件超声检测缺陷超标的原因。
By measures of micro observation,macro observation,scanning electric microscope and energy spectrum,anatomical analysis on 42CrMoA crankshaft forgings has been conducted,the result showed that gathering of aluminium oxide inclusions resulted in forgings defects by ultrasonic testing beyond the standard.
