摘要
为了得到内六角不锈钢螺栓连接节点承压承载力计算公式,考虑端距、边距和螺栓直径等相关影响因素,应用ABAQUS软件对42个模拟试件进行承压承载力有限元分析,提出了两种承压承载力设计公式.将提出的两种承压承载力设计公式与欧洲规范中承压承载力公式进行对比,结果表明,提出的两个承压承载力设计公式与欧洲规范承压承载力公式计算结果较接近,所提出的不锈钢螺栓连接承压承载力设计公式可作为相关设计计算依据.
In order to obtain the calculation formula of bearing capacity under compression for inner-hexagon stainless steel bolted connection nodes,such related influencing factors as the end distance,edge distance and bolt diameter were considered,the finite element analysis on the bearing capacity under compression for 42 simulated specimens was carried out with the ABAQUS software,and two design formulas of bearing capacity under compression were proposed. In addition, the two formulas of bearing capacity under compression were compared with that in the European standard. The results show that the calculation results obtained with two proposed formulas of bearing capacity under compression formulas are close to those obtained with the formula in the European standard formula,and the design formulas of bearing capacity under compression design formulas can be used as the calculation basis in the relevant design of stainless steel bolted connection.
