军民融合战略下电子信息类专业人才的培养

Electronic and Information Talent Cultivation Regarding Civil-military Integration

主动服务国家军民融合发展战略,培养军民一体化人才是新时代赋予我国高等学校的职责使命,在电子信息领域进行军民融合战略下的人才培养改革是促进国防现代化建设和经济社会协调发展的必然要求。面对当前军民融合教育中出现的问题,高校应做好人才培养的顶层设计、完善课程体系、统筹军地资源、丰富培养途径,进一步探索推进电子信息领域人才培养的军民深度融合发展之路。

Universities shoulder a dutiful responsibility to actively serve the national civil-military integration strategy and to train integrated military-civil talents in the new era.It is obligatory to reform talent cultivation in the electronic information field against this civil-military integration,so as to promote national defense modernization and coordinated economic community development.So far as current problems in integrated civil-military education are concerned,universities should optimize top-level talent training designs,better curriculum systems,co-ordinate civil-military resources and expand training channels.It is also necessary to further explore deeper civil-military integration routes in the field of electronic information.
