摘要
经济新常态是指我国今后很长一段时间内经济社会发展所呈现的、不同以往的发展状态。研究和探索经济新常态已经成为今后一段时间内我国经济发展的主要认识,同样成为研究高等教育发展历史的逻辑起点。在经济新常态背景下,后发地区高等教育发展存在着发展不充分不均衡、学科专业缺乏特色,同质化、趋同化、与地方产业联动融合力度不强等问题。可以通过加强政府主导作用、科学进行高校办学定位、优化高校专业结构、创新教育人才培养模式等策略来促进高等教育发展,以促进当地经济发展的转型和升级。
The new economic normal refers to Chinese social and economic development in the long period afterwards,one strikingly different from the past state.Relevant researches and explorations have become the cognition foci of Chinese economic development and the starting point of higher education researches.Under the new economic normal circumstances,higher education development problems in underdeveloped areas become prominent,such as insufficient and imbalanced development,lack of discipline characteristics,homogenization,assimilation and a weak combination with local industries.Feasible measures in higher education development may include a dominant government role,a scientific allocation of educational statuses,optimization of major allotment structures,and innovation of talent cultivation patterns.The improvement of higher education can better promote the transformation and upgrading of the local economy.
