摘要
本文重点介绍了居家脑卒中患者常见各种后遗症或并发症的护理措施。常见脑卒中后遗症包括肢体功能障碍、失语、吞咽障碍等;常见家庭护理中出现的并发症包括误吸、肺部感染、压疮、便秘等。借此帮助家庭照顾者更好地掌握患者病情,及时发现患者现存或潜在的危险因素,通过早期护理干预降低患者出现并发症的概率,利于患者恢复,提高生存质量,减轻患者精神压力及经济压力,减少社会及家庭医疗开支。
This article focuses on the nursing measures for common sequelae or complications of stroke patients at home.Com-mon sequelae of stroke include limb dysfunction,aphasia,dysphagia,etc.Common complications in family nursing include aspiration,pulmonary infection,pressure sore,constipation and so on.In order to help family caregivers to manage the patient's condition better,find out the existing or potential risk factors in time,reduce the probability of complications through early nursing intervention,help patients recover,improve the quality of life,alleviate patients'mental and economic pressure,and to reduce social and family medical expenditure.
