摘要
针对社区护士学习动机明确,知识储备充足且知识领域具有同一性等特质,在社区护士岗位培训中引入“实践共同体”的概念,分析了该理论在培训中的可行性,认为该理论模式有顺应成人认知特点、提高学习积极性、增强对实际问题的解决能力、保持知识更新及学习的可持续性等优势。并举例说明了该理论基础下的教学模式框架。
Because of the community nurses who have much idiosyncrasies such as clear learning motivation,a good store of knowledge and identity of knowledge,we introduce the concept of"community of practice"in community nurses training.We analyzed the feasibility of this theory in the training,think it has advantages on adult cognitive characteristics,improve the learning enthusiasm,enhance the ability to solve practical problems,keep the knowledge more and the sustainability of learning.This article will illustrates the teaching model framework under the theoretical basis.
