探究无痛胃肠镜诊治消化内科疾病的临床价值

目的分析消化内科疾病采用无痛胃肠镜的诊治疗效和价值。方法本课题研究选取2017年5月至2018年5月在某医院消化内科接受诊治的患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表方式将全部患者划分为两组:观察组60例患者实施无痛胃肠镜诊治方案,对照组60例患者实施未麻醉胃肠镜诊断手段,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行探讨。结果观察组较对照组诊治成效更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在手术时长、不良症状、住院时间方面,观察组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将无痛胃肠镜诊治疗法应用到消化内科疾病当中,能显著提升患者治疗效果,使其安全性能和有效性能得到保证,是诊治该疾病的最佳方式,值得进一步推广。

Objective To analyze the efficacy and value of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of digestive diseases.Methods Selected this topic research form May 2017 to May 2018 in our hospital of medical patients to accept as the research object,based on the random numbers table manner will be divided into two groups,all patients were observed treatment group of 60 cases with the painless stomach and solution,and the implementation of the control group of 60 patients without anesthesia gastrointestinal diagnosis method,the clinical treatment value of two groups of patients were analyzed.Results The treatment effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of op-eration time,adverse symptoms and hospitalization time,the difference between the observation group and the control group was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of gastrointestinal endoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of digestive diseas-es can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients and ensure their safety and effectiveness.It is the best way to diagnose and treat the disease,and it is worthy of further promotion.
