摘要
教师素养是教师作为专业人员在教学工作中应该具备的专业素养,是对教师在知识、能力和理念三个维度的综合考量,直接影响着教学质量和所培养出人才的质量。本文讨论了高校教师素养的内核意义和外在表向问题,提出了提升高校教师素养的可行策略。要发展教育,必须建设高素养的教师团队,促进教师的专业发展,提升高校教师专业素养的整体水平。
Teacher quality is the professional requirement that teachers must have in educating. It is the comprehensive assessment from three dimensions: knowledge,ability and conception. It directly affects the teaching level and the quality of the talented. This paper discusses the internal meaning and the external problems of teacher quality in the university,and puts forward some feasible strategies to improve college teacher quality. It is necessary to build a team of high-qualified teachers to develop education,as well as to improve the professional development of teachers and the overall level of professional quality of college teachers.
