摘要
随着当今网络信息技术的广泛运用,知识资源正以爆炸式的速度增长,人们获取知识的途径也越来越丰富。教师和学生之间的交流不再是单向的知识传递过程,而是共同追求知识、共同发展的过程,甚至开始出现教育反哺的现象。本文在教育反哺视野下对研究生导师和研究生之间的关系进行重新审视,并就如何构建良好的研究生师生关系提出了建议。
With the widespread use of network information technology,knowledge resources are growing at an explosive speed,and people are getting more and more access to knowledge. As a result,the teaching mode is gradually changing,and the communication between teachers and students is no longer a traditional process of knowledge transfer,but a process of pursuing knowledge together. The phenomenon of educational regurgitation-feeding begins to appear. This paper reexamined the traditional relationship between the professors and postgraduates in the perspective of educational regurgitation-feeding. Suggestions and strategies are put forward on how to build a good teacher-student relationship between professors and postgraduates.
