义务教育阶段"就近入学"是国家的法律规定,有利于遏制不良"择校"现象,保障义务教育阶段学生平等的受教育权。受不同区域经济、文化、环境等诸多因素影响,当下实现真正的"就近入学"必须首先澄清认识误区,即"就近入学"不等于"最近入学"、"就近入学"不等于"取消校车"。实现"就近入学",教育资源均衡是根本,健全管理体制是关键,激发学校办学活力是核心。
