摘要
高校法治教育担负着弘扬社会主义法治精神、树立社会主义法治理念的重任。当前,大学生法治教育总体呈现教育效果"虚化"状态,其根源在于学界对大学生法治教育问题思考中认知趋向"同化",以及大学生法治教育实践中的教育范式"固化"。"三化"现象的存在,严重影响大学生法治教育的内容、方式,制约着法治教育实效,需要对其进行矫正,从而激发大学生学法的主动性和自觉性,增强其遵法守法用法能力,进而提升大学生法治教育实效。
The law-related education(LRE)in colleges and universities shoulders the responsibility of carrying forward the spirit of socialist rule of law and establishing the concept of socialist rule of law. At present, LRE of undergraduates generally presents the “virtual” state of education effect, which is rooted in the cognitive tendency of “assimilation” when LRE is discussed, and the “solidification” of education paradigm in the practice of LRE of undergraduates. The existence of the “Three-trend” phenomenon seriously affects the content and method of LRE of undergraduates, and restricts the actual effect of LRE. It needs to be corrected, so as to stimulate the initiative and consciousness of undergraduates to study law, enhance their ability to abide by the law and use the law, and further improve the practical effect of LRE of undergraduates.
